Wheel House is boosting up our schedule to help you spring into action this season with some new kick butt instructors! As summer nears and you start to pack away those chunky sweaters (oh wait, we’re in SF, you may want to keep them on hand!), it’s time to think about bathing suit season which means extra incentive to get into shape! At Wheel House, we are introducing more convenient time slots for classes and some wonderful instructors who know just what it takes to get you to the next level of fit.

In the spin studio we have two Bay Area native heart throbs, Jason Romero and Nick Cruze. When he’s not in the Wheel House studios, you can find Jason cruising the San Francisco streets as a bike messenger or jamming with his band. Make sure to ask him about his world tours; Jason has played music in over 20 countries! Catch his class on Thursday mornings at 7:15am or Saturdays at 1pm.

Returning to Wheel House after a brief hiatus, Nick Cruze is coming back as a licensed Chiropractor! Get ready for his high energy and butt burning 45 minute class Wednesday evenings at 5:30. You’re bound to leave his class with a smile on your face.

If spin isn’t your jam, don’t worry! We’ve got four powerhouse women to help you tighten up that core and sculpt those tank top arms with TRX. You can find Andrea Rocha, Sydney James, Anya Litvinova, and Lielen de Guzman teaching TRX Suspension Training throughout the week at Wheel House morning, noon, and night!

Andrea began her career in the fitness world after receiving her Master’s degree in Higher Education and began a university health and wellness program here is San Francisco. Sydney is a physical therapist who uses TRX as an injury prevention tool for endurance athletes at her downtown San Francisco location. Don’t be fooled by the petite stature of both Anya and Lielen. These ladies are known at Wheel House for their high energy and intense full body work outs. You don’t want to skip out on TRX this season; these women know how to get your beach body rocking!

Finally, we are introducing two new yoga instructors at Wheel House, Austin Efurd and Katherine Amoedo. Austin Strives to “create a safe and compassionate space within the studio in order to explore your limits”. You can catch Austin’s class every Tuesday/ Thursday at 1pm and Friday at 7:15am and 12pm.

Katherine’s yoga practice focuses on tools to reprieve chronic injuries, increase stability and flexibility. She is currently pursuing her certification in plant based nutrition, so don’t be shy to ask her for nutrition tips to supplement your Wheel House workouts. Start your morning right with Katherine every Monday and Wednesday at 7:15am at Wheel House.
