As part of Wheel House’s mission to create a vibrant and diverse community of like-minded people looking to take their fitness to the next level, we are pleased to introduce bi weekly seminars open to all members. These seminars are led by Wheel House instructors and collaborators who have extensive knowledge in personal training, chiropractic, nutrition, meditation, and more!
Seminar’s are held in our mat studio from 11:30am- 12pm and are 30 minutes in duration, costing 1 pass. This is a great way for you to supplement your afternoon workout with beneficial information that will further your fitness goals!
This seminar is rooted in the idea that movement is the key element. In order to move well and move often, we must nourish our bodies to the best of our abilities. A poorly nourished body is one that moves infrequently while a well-nourished body is one that will move often and thrive. There is an ever-evolving cycle of fad diets and lose weight quick approaches to weight control that leave us with a discouraging idea of “dieting”. We want to leave the word “Diet” out of our vocabulary and focus our attention on simply adapting a healthy approach to eating well. This mood lifting, energy-increasing approach to nourishing our bodies can help us get out of the diet rut and get us moving and living a much healthier and happier life.
